1. Select “Posts”, Select “New Post”. Type Subject: will vary based on Post #
2. Select recipients: Staff & Parents
3. In the toolbar, click “insert image” and drag/drop the “The Axxess Logo” and any social media image from the Axxess resource page from the “IMAGES FOR SOCIAL MEDIA” section. Insert.
4. In the body of the Post, cut and paste the text from the “PUBLIC POSTS & EMAILS FOR COORDINATORS TO COMMUNICATE” sections.
5. Be sure the links are inserted correctly, by clicking “insert link”, copy/paste the link for selling Axxess Memberships: https://axxesscard.com/fundraising/

6. Select “add translation” if Spanish is appropriate for your parents
7. Preview your Post
8. If ready, hit Post Now or Schedule as you see fit
